以上是p3需要掌握的模型,考前大家在review一下这些模型的elements都还记得吗?p3考试不是一定要用模型,但是学生自己答题的观点首先不能保证穷尽,再者也不能保证不同的点之间不存在重复,所以能用树上已有的模型尽量用,当然如果有在职的做咨询的同学也可以用实务中经常用的模型,考官看到新颖的观点会有加分哟~
p3有一些新的知识点需要大家重点关注一下:
big data(考官文章)
大家可以结合教材一起复习,bigdata有3个特征,可以用3个v来表示:volume,variety,velocity。文章中还介绍了structured data和unstructured data的区别,如何进行data mining,大数据如何应用以及将会面临哪些风险等,文章大家自己看一下。
performance indicator考官文章
这篇文章跟p3/p5考试均相关,主要讲了performance – objective –csf – kpi 。p3考官现在越来越喜欢考财务相关的题目了,动辄在题目中出现timeseries, budget, decision tree 等数量的题目,大家要搞清楚这些知识点的原理以及计算方式,p3主要是在此基础上考核大家的财务分析能力,计算为辅,只是作为分析的基础,建议看一下完整的文章。
job design考官文章
与part h people这部分内容相关:
1)scientific management(taylor),
2)the human relations school (elton mayo),
3)theories of motivation : maslow’s hierarchy of needs、herzberg’s hygiene factor theory、mcgregor’s theory x and theory y,
